- Full access to the central catalogue data base of products & suppliers
- Access to all Once applications and features
If you require more than three devices, additional licenses are £14.95+VAT each per month.
If you require a high number of devices our Unlimited package is £195 + VAT per month.
Setup Assistance
Once is easy to setup yourself using our new guide Setting up your once system. A Step by Step Guide
Alternatively we offer an assisted setup service. This is a one off cost and pricing is listed below;
- Virtual (via Google Meet) £395+VAT
- This includes an initial session of 2-3 hours with up to two 1 hour follow up session.
- In Person £795+VAT
- This is for a single day with up to two virtual 1 hour follow up sessions
- Depending on location this may incur additional travel costs (i.e flights)
30 Day Free Trial & Contract Period
You Once subscription is free for the first 30 days. After the first 30 days the subscription is a rolling 30 day contract which you can cancel at anytime.
