Once Mobile
Surveyors on-site create quotes and orders in the Once Mobile app
Once Setup runs on any Windows or Apple laptop or PC.
- Use Once Setup to edit your product catalogue, prices and order document templates.
- Your updates are sent from Once Setup to your team’s Once Mobile devices over the internet.
- Your team members download the updates when they have an internet connection.
The Once mobile app runs on the surveyor’s mobile device: iPad, Android tablet, PC or Mac.
- When on-site you enter the data while doing the survey. The data entry is designed to make the process simple, quick and accurate so anyone can use it without training.
- Once warns you if any required data is missing, and if dimensions are outside the product limits or if the fabric needs to be turned.
- Once calculates the prices, fabric lengths and any vertical louvre count to create the order.
- You can quickly change price bands, discounts, show alternate product options and prices or sell items that are not in the catalogue.
- You can sell shutters curtains, awnings, flooring, any product priced by length and width or fixed price products.
- The final detailed order is then sent by email to your business and a less detailed quote or invoice can be emailed to your customer.
