Key Changes to Your Subscription and Pricing:

To reflect rising operational costs, we’re implementing a revised pricing structure, effective April 7th, 2025. Here’s a summary of the key changes:

Legacy Local Catalogue Subscriptions (For Existing Customers Only):

  • Starter Pack (Base Line): £69.50 + VAT per month
    • Includes 3 devices (an increase from 2!)
    • Includes full access to central catalogues
    • Includes ability to continue using & maintaining existing local catalogues
    • Licenses can be used for Once Track or Once Mobile
  • Additional Devices: £31.50 + VAT per month
  • Unlimited Package: £315 + VAT per month (includes the Starter Pack and unlimited devices)

Important Note: The Local Catalogues subscriptions are our older, legacy offering, and are now only available to existing customers. We are actively encouraging all users to switch to the more efficient and cost-effective Central Catalogues Only subscription.

Central Catalogues Only: The Future of Once

We are pleased to announce that we are freezing our 2024 subscription prices for Central Catalogues Only until June 30th, 2025. We highly encourage all users to migrate to this subscription.

  • Starter Pack (Base Line): £24.95 + VAT per month
    • Includes 3 devices
    • Includes full access to central catalogues
    • Licenses can be used for Once Track or Once Mobile
  • Additional Devices: £14.95 + VAT per month
  • Unlimited Package: £195 + VAT per month

  • In-Person: £795 + VAT
  • Virtual: £395 + VAT

    • To ensure fair pricing for all users, the new 2025 pricing will apply universally.
  3. I am currently paying £30+VAT per month, what is the new price?
    • If you stick with your own local catalogues the new price will be £69.50+VAT for 3 device licenses. We would like to encourage you to seriously consider the central catalogue option which would result in a saving for you.
  4. How do I switch to Central Catalogues Only?
    • Follow the guides listed above to see what is currently available in central catalogues and contact support@onceconnected.co.uk to confirm you would like to switch.
  5. What is the Central Catalogue?
  6. Can I still see my old products with Central Catalogues Only?
    • Yes, they’ll appear in Once Setup but won’t be visible on other Once Devices.
  7. What if I manufacture my own products?
    • We have a section of generic products under the “Once” supplier, that can be adjusted.
  8. What if my suppliers aren’t listed?
    • Send us their latest pricing information, and we’ll add them to the Central Catalogue.
  9. What’s the long-term plan for Local Catalogues?
    • We are trying to move all users over to the Central Catalogue subscription.
  10. What if I have a number of extras and option that are only applicable to me?
    • Whilst you are unable to add to the extras and options yourself, we can “generalise” your custom extras and options for inclusion in Central Catalogues, benefiting the entire Once Connected community.
  11. What if I don’t want some extras that other users have added?
    • You are able to enable or disable specific extra groups to align with your business needs.
