**Once Track 4.1.0 Crashing?

Some users are experiencing an issue with the latest version of Once Track (4.1.0) crashing. Due to this being an intermittent issue which is only effecting some users it is taking longer than usual to resolve.

If you are effected by this please use the links below to download and install the previous version 4.0.13 so you have a stable working state whilst we resolve this issue.

After downloading the installer file, click Run, or open your downloads folder and double click the file OnceMobile-install If a windows security dialog appears, click More info… then Run Anyway.
Once Mobile on Apple Mac
After downloading the installer file, open your downloads folder and run the file, OnceMobile-install.pkg
If your Mac is set to only download apps from the App store, right-click or Ctrl-click the file and select Open.

Once Time on a Windows PC
After downloading the installer file, click Run, or open your downloads folder and double click the file OnceTime-Install. If a windows security dialog appears, click More info.. then Run Anyway.
Once Time on Apple Mac
After downloading the installer file, OnceTime-Install.pkg open your downloads folder and double click to run it or right click/Ctrl Click and select Open
