Improved card sync in Once track.  

This resolves the issue of deleted or archived cards reappearing.  Please Note, you will need to ensure all versions of once track on your account have been updated to see this improvement.   If you are a Mac user, you will need to uninstall and delete your old version of Once Track prior to updating.

New installation sign off feature.

Your team can now collect a customer sign off for installed blinds on their phone using the Once Time app.  This will then show within Once Track and can be issued to the customer at a later date similar to a proof of delivery.

Simplified tool bar layout in Once Setup.  

Now only the most used and necessary tools are showing in the main tool bar.  All other tools are still available in the drop down menus at the top. 

Increased flexibility for central catalogues.  

If a product in the central catalogues contains options that you never sell, you can now customise the product to suit.  You can remove individual extras within a group, you can remove the whole extras group, you can disable certain fabric ranges and also override fabric price groups to suit your own pricing strategy. 

Hide Default Extras or All Extras

You now have the flexibility to hide either all extras on the customer quotation or just the default extras.  This means if you change a default and you would like that detail showing on the quote, you just select “Hide Default Extras” and only the extras you have changed will show on the customer’s quotation. 

Once Partner Rates

We have negotiated special high volume buying rates for Roller Blinds and Fauxwoods through our parent company Buroshade.   These are known as Once Partner rates.  As a once user you are able to buy Roller Blinds and Fauxwoods at these preferential rates through your once account.   When you create a quotation that contains these items you can tick a box on the complete screen to request a quotation from our sales team.   The quotation or order is sent to your customer and your office as normal but our sales team are also notified so they can provide relevant rates for you.   

Once you have agreed rates with our sales team, we can switch on a second tick box to enable you to place orders for these products quickly and easily from Once mobile.  This feature is available for both central and local catalogue products.
